Another Russian Tank Pulled From The Mud

Another fantastic find. A Russian T34 pulled from the swamp as good as new.

T34 Tank rescued from the marshland

This Russian built T-34 tank was captured by the Germans and marked as their own. This one was either stuck during battle or ditched during retreat in order for it not to fall back into the Russian enemies hands. Due to the low oxygen levels in the marshy bog corrosion was slowed considerably.

Sturmgeschütz III (StuG III) pulled from a Bog

A WW2 German Sturmgeschütz III (StuG III) assault gun used in battle on the Russian front. This Stug would have become bogged while manoeuvring in battle and abandoned with the Russian troops advancing. The white paint work would suggest that it was bogged during the winter campaign.
